BS health check was done.
Unfortunately, BF GAS was not performed.
The gain of IM V1 response seems to be several dB lower. Many peaks appears from 2 Hz to 7Hz when TM coils excited.
The others seem to be healthy.
Though the gain of IM V1 response is lower than the reference by 2~3dB, this situation is the same as the last health check.
After replacing the function generator for the LVDT driver, the health check was performed. The BF GAS was not performed. Q of F0 and F1 GAS were increased. The coupling from Y to V at 0.2Hz was decreased in IM. The others look healthy.
The coupling from P to V was larger than the reference in IM. This situation is the same as the last measurement. Compared with other coupling passes, the reference level is too small.
