I made a few changes to the ASC control channels plotted in DET tools.

All arm controls are currently enabled. Also, INP2, PRC2, and MICH controls are in use; only some of these were plotted by DET tools, including SummaryPage. I changed the configuration files so that the DET tools would analyze the ASC signals that are currently being used.
