we performed the shaker injection with 100.125 and 120.125 Hz.
(There is new 82 Hz peak in OMC LSC error signal, so I changed the frequency)
Blue : No excitation
Green : 400 count excitation
Blown : 600 count excitation
Red : 800 count excitation
As you can see in DARM signal, known sideband from the low frequency of the OMC LSC error signal can be found.
