I finished Pastavi's recovery from the planned power outage. Now, you can plot the data during the power outage.

During this work, I realized that Pastavi couldn't make plots from trend data (minutes and seconds) because the cache file production failed for a long time. (Actually, it started on 2023/09/26. This time might have coincident with the power outage last year.) I fixed the issue with the cache file. Now it seems fine.
