Abstract

CARM model (k1alspll) was modified for the digital injections to CAMR-CMS.
Hardware preparation had been partially done in klog#30105.

Compiling model was already checked but it's not installed yet.
It will be installed in the next maintenance day(?).

As the software preparation for the digital injection to CARM-CMS, k1alspll was updated. A new excitation channel will be connected to the Excitation-A port of the CARM CMS. This channel itself was already prepared in the library block of the CMS as shown in Fig.1 and my work was just to connect this channel to DAC as shown in Fig.2.

For the hardware installer (see also Fig.3).
- This new excitation channel is connected to the CH#8 of DAC#0.
- DAC#0 is connected to the AI#0 (S1706987) at U12 of ALS0 rack.
- Port#2 (CH8-11) of AI#0 is connected to the Port#1 (CH4-7) of Dsub-BNC converter (S1605874) at U25 of ALS1 rack.
- BNC#4 of Dsub-BNC converter should be connected to the excitation port of CARM CMS.
