I compared the spectra of FLDACCs for Type-A in LOCKAQUISITION mode. The typical noise level is [um/s /rtHz] at 1Hz. The H1-H3 spectra in EX are good. The H1-H3 spectra in EY are much larger than the typical level. The H2 and H3 spectra in IX are larger than the typical level at <1Hz. The H1 spectrum in IY is larger than the typical level around 1Hz.
I compared the spectra of FLDACCs for Type-A in READY mode. The noise behavior was almost the same as the spectra in LOCKAQUISITION mode. The H1-H3 spectra in EX are good. The H1-H3 spectra in EY are much larger than the typical level (). The H2 spectrum in IX is larger than the typical level at <5Hz. The H1 spectrum in IY is larger than the typical level at <4Hz.
