Print this reportChanged the target temperature for the ETMY MN oplev.Currently, the glitch level of ETMY suspension is so large as shown in Fig.1., I changed the target temperature from 23.0 deg. to 23.5 deg. We need several time for evaluation, current setting would be smaller glitch rate.
