Failure of compressed air supply piping

At approximately 9:20 today, a failure of the piping supplying compressed air to the air dusters in the central clean booths occurred.
As a result, the compressed air supply to the air dusters in each central clean booth has been stopped.
We are planning to restart the compressed air supply tomorrow morning by starting up a spare air compressor.
The resumption time is currently unknown, but is estimated to be around 10:30 a.m.
The supply piping will need to be renewed before full resumption can take place.
The parts for the new supply piping will be delivered around Tuesday of next week.
The replacement of the pipes is estimated to take about one to two days.

The air compressor in the corner of the central mirror room was started at 8:30 a.m. to resume compressed air supply to PSL, BS, and SR.
Compressed air is available in each clean booth.
However, care should be taken when using it for purposes other than for dust dispersal because the dew point is not controlled.
In addition, since the temperature of the central mirror room changes when the compressors are activated, care must be taken to control the temperature.

The air compressor in the corner of the central mirror room was turned off at 16:15.

We replaced the supply piping (Pair=~0.79 MPa) from the air compressor near IXC to the air compressor near BS.
However, we could not complete the pipe replacement because the prepared piping was about 5 m shorter.
The insufficient piping material is scheduled to be delivered after September 13.
Therefore, compressed air to the PSL room on September 13 will be supplied from an air compressor near the BS.
The replacement of the supply piping is scheduled to be completed after September 17.

On 24 Sep. afternoo, we have completed the replacement of the compressed air supply piping between IXC~BS.
Currently, compressed air supply to clean booths such as PR and BS has been resumed.
With the completion of this work, the compressor for compressed air next to the BS has been shut down.
