We measured the alignment responce of all of WFSs including WFSf3 when we oscillated all candidates controlled by WFS (DHARD, CHARD, BS, PR3, PR2, PRM, IMMT2, IMMT1) at 27.9 Hz in both Pitch and Yaw directions.

At 27.9 Hz, there seems not to be any peaks in all of oplev signals. we injected the excitation signal from {D,C}HARD_{P,Y}_SM_EXC or {BS,PRM,PR3,PR2,IMMT2,IMMT1}_TM_TEST_EXC. the amplitude was 100 cnts. At that time, all of the demodulation phases are shown in fig.1(REFL) and fig.2(AS,POP).

Fig.3 - Fig.19 are the measurement results. Now, Hirose-san is analyzing from these results. I hope she will post the analysis result later.
