Summary

As reported on klog30897, the beam alignment changed a little.
So I adjustmed by the pico-motors PCAL_EX_2.

Detail

1. Adjusted the TM position parameters in the script.
   [1955, 1420] -> [1985, 1450]
2. Picomoter adjustment for the Pcal beams by monitoring the Tcam data
   Total steps I requested on the picos:
   Pico1(path 1 Y): +300
   Pico4(path 2 P): +200
3. Tcam analysis results before/after the adjustment are attached.
