Simulation of OMC stack with fixing

As requested in the lase ISC meeting, I simulated the resonant mode of one of OMC stack leg with fixing some of them. I simulated three cases:

  1. All of thee stages are fixed
  2. The bottom and the middle stages are fixed, the top stage is free
  3. The middle and the top stages are fixed, the bottom stage is free

In the following posts I will show the results of each case.

Please note that with the software I used for these simulations (Autodesk Fusion) it is impossible to simulate the frequency response of the displacement. To do so we need different software, such as COMSOL, ANSYS, etc. I already prepared one of them (Autodesk Inventor Nastran), but it will take long time because I have to learn how to use them and I'm just busy.
