I found the related klog entry (klog#27027). Figure shows the comparison ofthe filters in the TM LOCK FILTER bank on 2023/10/02 0:0:0 UTC and 2023/10/03 0:0:0 UTC. Although the original post mentioned that the filter shape didn't change, the shape seems to have changed (see figure). The next step will be to restore the previous good filters.
