I re-measured the sensing matrix and re-inserted the values into the input matrix. Sensing matrix: FIG1-4
And I measured whether it could be separated the ITMX and ETMX signals on SRCL1 and SRCL2 input signals.
FIG5: SRCL signals when ITMX_PIT was swept in frequency.
FIG6: SRCL signals when ITMX_YAW was swept in frequency.
FIG7: SRCL signals when ETMX_PIT was swept in frequency.
FIG8: SRCL signals when ETMX_YAW was swept in frequency.
For input signals other than SRCL2_PIT, only the signals for each degree of freedom could be detected.
However, the SRCL2_PIT input signal is sensitive to both ITMX and ETMX, so signal separation is required. (From the coherence of FIG5 and FIG6)
The future plan is to mix this control with the OPLEV signal, and the UGF is planned to be 0.1Hz. (like O4a lowband width WFS control.)
