Sign flip of ETMY actuator

Since ETMY TM actuator signs were flipped from those during O4a, I flipped the signs at COILOUTF.
Figure 1 and 2 show the COILOUTF filter bank before and after flipping the signs, respectively.

Abstract:

I noticed that ETMY actuator signs should be as they were.
So, I flipped ETMY COILOUTF gains again.
Sorry for my mistakes.

Detail:

According to the TM actuator health check results (Last 4 figures in klog30185), actuator signs were changed from those during O4a, so I once flipped them.
However considering the suspension local coordinate, the signs during O4a were wrong.

H1 actuator is attached on the top of AR surface, so mirror moves in + pitch direction at DC when H1 pushes the mirror.
Now, excitation frequency for the health check is 10 Hz, which is  higher than resonant frequency, so the phase from excitation signals to OpLev signals at 10 Hz should be flipped compared with that at DC.
So, if ETMY actuator signs are nominal (push the mirror at DC when signals at COILOUTF input is positive), the phase from H1 excitation to pitch is 180 degrees, which is consistent with the measured value in klog30185.

Same as H1, all the other actuator signs should be opposite from O4a.
So, I reverted COILOUTF gains of ETMY TM stage (fig1).
