I performed in-vac health check for SR3 (fig1-28).
They look healthy mechanically though some OSEM gains become lower (H1, H2, H3, and V2) and IP_IDAMP_{L,P} siganls are strage.
Since the indivisual LVDT and ACC TFs look fine, there are some issues at software part.
