Takahashi, Itoh, Washimi, Aso

We checked the surfaces of the OMC mirrors to see if we need to apply first contact on them.
We found a dust on the edge of the OMC2 mirror. Since it was really on the edge, I removed it with vectra alpha.
Other than this, we did not see any dust nor stain on the mirrors. So we decided not to apply the FC.

We also checked other mirrors, such as OMMT1, OSTM and many steering mirrors and KG5 beam dumps.

We found two stains near the center of the OMMT1.

Blowing the ion-gun did not remove them. So we applied the FC, but the stains persisted. 
They look similar to the stains on the PR mirrors, which could not be removed with FC nor pure-water. So we gave up removing the stains.

We found some KG5 plates have dusts on them. I removed the dusts with vectra-alpha.
I did not find any dust nor stain on the 2-inch steering mirrors.
