I performed health check of PR3 but it doesn't seem healthy.
Figure 1 and 2 shows examples of strange TFs.
Same as PRM, IM TF seems healthy, so GAS position is suspicious.
GAS offload is necessary.
After offloading GAS filters, suspensions seem fine.
Figure 1-33 show the TFs of each DoF excitation.
Same as PRM, some OSEM gains seem to reduce slightly but hopefully it is acceptable.
Figure 34 and 35 show the OSEM inputs during in-air and in-vac health check measurments, respectively.
IMV1 and IMH2 seem close to the edge of linear range, according to both OSEM signals and TFs.
