 Background:
  Currently, the processing time of k1visetmxp is too long to increase the number of filter banks any further.
  To reduce processing time, create a new k1visetmxnb and move NBDAMP processing from k1visetmxp to k1visetmxnb.

  Therefore, the PF processing was also moved to the NBDAMP side and the peaks were slightly reduced compared to before the move.
