I imported FmScan (see also aLog LHO#77899) as the MEDM execute menu.
It shows a time series of decoded status bits of filter bank switches as shown in Fig.1.
If there is no change during a selected period, status bits at start time and end time are shown (see Fig.2).

Changes from the original code
- modify some environmental varialbles (NDS server addr, prefix of PV etc.).
- add also other than FM switches.
- use raw (within 180s-long data) and s-trend (within 3hr) data instead of m-trend data.
