We cleaned viewports MN & TM oplev (12 in total).
Please see Fig.1-24 for before/after photos of each viewport (names are in the figure).
Viwports for PF oplev were not removed.
So ugly yellow fog. I am afraid of the HR/AR surface condition of ITMY.
Both sides of windows are foggy?
It is better to check the difference between IXYC and EXYC. IXYC is near the MICH area where outgas from many suspensions are expected at room temperature.

We removed 4 windows used for PF oplevs.
4 windows are PF_out+x-y, PF_out-x-y, PF_in+x-y, PF_in-x-y.
We disassembled PF_out+x-y and PF_in+x-y into window glasses and frames.
2 window glasses will be delivered to the company for componential analysis.

I inspected and cleaned 2 windows removed yesterday.
PF_in-x-y: The back side had thin stains. I cleaned it with isopropanol.
PF_out-x-y: The front side had thin stains. I cleaned it with isopropanol.
Nakgaki, Uchiyama
We assembled two windows using a new window glass. Those are used for PF_in+X-Y and PF_out+x-y.
Then, we installed 4 windows for the PF Oplevs in IYC.
The window cleaning works at IYC have been completed.
