After EQ works at MC suspensions, we realigned the IMC.
First, we aligned MC suspensions with respect to the OpLev but flash is small (fig1).
Then, we tweeked MCE and MCO so that flash becomes large and beam spot on MC trans camera is close to the nominal position.
Since nominal beam spot position on the camera has circle pattern (maybe due to some damage on CCD?), we adjusted the TEM00 flash on that pattern.
Figure 2 show the REFL signals and OpLev signals with new good alignment.
Then, we implemented good oplev value at TM_SET filter banks of each suspension.
