[Hirata, Washimi, Ikeda, Takahashi]

We installed the side stoppers to the MCi and MCo suspensions. The width of the slit on the side stopper plates (figure) was 4mm (should be 6mm). We made the width wider using a milling machine. Installation procedure was as follows in both MCi and MCo suspensions. The photos will be attached later.

1. Fixed the mirror with the lower stoppers.
2. Replaced the adapter between the frame and the stopper plate.
3. Attached the guide plate. 
4. Assembled the stopper plate. The stoppers were set vertically.
5. Inserted the stopper plate to the upper position of the guide.
6. Rotated the stoppers to the 45° angle.
7. Moved down the stopper plate to the lower position of the guide.
8. Adjusted the height of the stoppers.
9. Removed the guide plate.
10. Released the mirror and adjusted the gaps of all stoppers to ~2mm.
11. Aligned the mirror with the pico-motors.
