Health check of MCO

I measured MCO TFs for health check.
Figure 1 to 7 show the TFs and they seem healthier than before.
Followings are what I noticed from the TFs:

1. Overall gain increased due to the magnet change.
2. Pitch response becomes very smooth thanks to the recovery work (klog28321).
3. P2Y coupling increased
4. All actuator signs are flipped.

Due to the sign flip of actuators, I flipped the sign of COILOUTF gains to compensate it (fig8: before, fig9: after).

As well as MCI, I measured TFs of MCO for the helth check.
Figure 1 to 7 show the results.

Since current good alignment is slightly far from the OpLev center (normalized value is about 0.6), the yaw TF have slightly low coherence at high frequencies but it's not so problematic.
Also, the TFs are totally different from the reference but they should be fine because MCO had an issue before and current TF shapes are very similar to those of MCI and MCE.
In addition, low frequency coherence is low as well as MCI but it is also not a serious problem.

Before the final check, it is better to perform QPD centering of OpLevs for finalization before vacuum evacuation and better health check.

Reult of final health check of MCO.
All TFs seem healthy.
