Scan PR3 to obtain GRX at EX

I confirmed GRX can reach at EX.
Setpoint difference between current good and past good (before the earthquake) is as follows:

pitch: -9.5 (before) -> 22.3 (after)
yaw: -61.6 (before) -> -64.2 (after)

Figure 1 shows the time series data of TRX GR PD after PR3 alignment,
Top shows GRX PD signals and bottom shows GRX shutter status, which was closed around t = -18m45s.

Note:

Currently GV between Xarm and IXA, and BS and IXC, so the godd value changes might be due to not only the earthquakes but also GV closure.
Anyway, several tens of urad change is not so large (can be explained by GV closure), so POP tabe, PR2 suspended table, and PR3 OpLevs don't seem moved so much.

I checked the position of GR beam for ITMX and ETMX.

1. changed the state of PR2 and PR3 to aligned state (PR2 could not be aligned state due to larger RMS, but I judged the alignment itself would be OK)
2. Opened the GRX shutter
As you can see in Fig.1., GRX beam reached to TMSX.
3. Tuned the gain of TCam beam.
4. Took pictures.

Fig.2. ITMX : Upper part of mirror passed.
Fig.3. ETMX : Some clipping like signal detected, but almost center from my eye.

5. Closed the GRX shutter and set the PR2 and PR3 state to safe
