k1detdq0 was updated in order to fix a bug on providing the online data quality state vector.
It doesn't include the change in the channel name and list. So this work didn't contain the DAQ restart.

When we worked on the offline data quality production for the 1st one month of O4a, we found the DAC saturation bit in the online data quality state vector didn't work well. Until O4a, DAC saturation was checked on the overflow count on the IOP model. But saturated signal is rounded down in -32768 ~ +32767ct by the process of the up-sampling and digital anti-imaging at the end of user model code. So the most of DAC saturation isn't detected by IOP model and we need to check the user model (On the other hand, ADC saturation must be checked on IOP model). In order to fix this situation, I changed all monitored channels by ezca block in the k1detdq0 from DAC overflow on IOP models (k1iopex1 and k1iopey1) to one on user models (k1visetmxp and k1visetmyp).

Modified model was already compiled and installed but we need to turned off the circuits once for checking the behavior of this model. So we plan to do the check of the new model behavior at the both end stations in next week.
