Health check for ITMX

I ran the automeasurement script for ITMX health check on k1ctr3 from 21:09 JST.
Data will be stored at /users/VISsvn/HealthCheck/ITMX/.

I checked the TF results, except for TM stage. I wrote down what I noticed as follows.

At least, we need to repaire BF LVDT V2.

## IP

  • COIL H{1,2,3} -> LVDT H{1,2,3}: The peak around 50 - 60 mHz and the zero around 140 mHz seem to be somehow damped.
  • TEST {L, T, Y} -> IDAMP {L, T, Y}: seem to be healthy.
  • The gain below 0.1 Hz of TEST L -> IDAMP Y and TEST T -> IDAMP Y seem to got big to +6dB.
  • The shape of TEST Y -> IDAMP {L, T} below 0.3 Hz seem to be changed.

## GAS

  • The gain below 0.7 Hz of F0 -> F0 became larger to +6dB. The highest resonance frequency in F0 -> F0 shifted from 1.4 Hz to 1.5 Hz.
  • In F1 -> F1, the 0.2 Hz and 0.75 Hz pole frequencies shifted the lower side, but 1.4 Hz peak shifted the higher side.
  • F2 -> F2 seems to be healthy.
  • in F3 -> F3, the 0.2 Hz pole frequncy shifted the lower side.
  • in BF -> BF, almost peaks shifted the lower.

## BF

  • COIL H{1, 2, 3} -> LVDT H{1, 2, 3} seem to be healthy.
  • The overall gain of COIL H{1,2,3} -> V{1,3} became larger +10dB - +20dB.
  • The 0.8 Hz peak in COIL V{1, 3} -> LVDT V{1, 3} became larger.
  • All of the gain from all coils to LVDT V2 becaome smaller to -40dB and the coherence from COIL V2 to LVDT V2 seems to be very small. So LVDT V2 seems not to work. Ushiba-san found the signal of LVDT V2 was lost when the Noto earthquake occured.
  • 2 peaks around 0.1 Hz in COIL V{1, 2, 3} -> LVDT H{1, 2, 3} disappeared.
  • TEST {L, T, Y} -> DAMP {L, T, Y} seems to be healthy.
  • The overall gain of TEST P -> DAMP P became smaller -6dB
  • The overall gain of TEST P -> DAMP V,R became larger +20dB
  • The DC gain of TEST L -> DAMP {V, P} became larger to +10dB - +20dB
  • The overall gain of TEST L -> DAMP Y became smaller to -10dB
  • The shapes of TEST V-> DAMP P and TEST Y _> DAMP V were changed.
  • The overall gain TEST V -> DAMP R becam larger to +10dB
  • The DC gain TEST Y -> DAMP {P, R} became larger to +10dB
  • The gain below 1 Hz in TEST Y -> DAMP {P, R} became larger.
  •  

## MN

  • The overall gains of COIL H{1,2,3} -> OSEMINF H{1,2,3} and COIL V{1,2,3} -> OSEMINF V{1,2,3} became larger +10dB (the photosensor gain became larger due to cryogenic temperature?)
  • The overall gains of TEST {L,T,V,R,P,Y} -> DAMP {L,T,V,R,P,Y} also became larger +10dB.
  • The 0.3 Hz peak in COIL V{1,2} -> OSEMINF V{1,2} disappeared.
  • The 0.3 Hz peak in TEST L -> DAMP L and TEST T -> DAMP L appeared.
  • The zero and pole around 0.3 Hz in TEST T -> DAMP {V, P} were swapped.
  • The 0.3 Hz peak in TEST V -> DAMP L became larger.

## IM

  • The overall gain of COIL H{1,2,3} and COIL V3 and  -> OSEMINF {H,V}{1,2,3} became larger
  • The TF from COIL V{1,2} -> OSEMINF {H,V}{1,2,3} seems to be healthy.
  • The overall gain of TEST {L,T,V,R,P,Y} and  -> DAMP {L,T,V,R,P,Y} became larger

I checked the cable resistance of BF LVDTs.
Results are as follows and BF V2 primary coil seems broken somewhere inside the chamber.

-Port 1-2(Primary coils): these should be around 24 ohms according to the documents

1-6 (V1): 25 ohms
2-7 (V2): overflow (more than several Mega ohms)
3-7 (V3): 24 ohms

-Port 1-4 (Secondary coils): these should be also around 24 ohms according to the documents

1-6 (V1): 24 ohms
2-7 (V2): 24 ohms
3-8 (V3): 24 ohms

Attached figures show the TF measurement results of ITMX.
All TFs seem healthy.

Note:
Similar as ETMX, MN roll TFs have a phase delay at high frequency.
This phase delay can be also seen in the reference, which was measured in vacuum at 250K.
