Following command can be provide a state list as the INI file format of the gwsumm.
/users/DET/tools/SummaryPage/scripts/makeGaurdSummaryIni.sh node_name
node_name is LSC_LOCK, VIS_ETMX, etc.

Output is shown on /dev/stdout and example of output is saved in /users/DET/Result/SummaryINI/
