Recovery of MCi suspension

We investigated the condition of the MCi suspension.

TM: All magnets were safe. One EQ stopper at X-Y+bottom was touching the TM.
IM: Any damping magnets were not touching the IM body.
Top stage: Both pitch and yaw stages with pico-motors didn't reach the actuation limit.

We need to remove the baffle at Y+ to adjust the EQ stopper.

We released the touching EQ stopper from the TM. The TM was aligned to the center of QPD for the Oplev with the pico-motors.

One stopper at X-Y-bottom might be touching the TM during the health check.

We checked the side of the IM body by lifting the magnet box (IRM). The wire ends were not projecting out of the IM body.
