I ran the automeasurement script for BS health check.

I checked the TF measurement results (fig1 - 28).
Followings are what I noticed.
1. Peak at 0.15 Hz is disappeared from IPL TF.
2. Lowest resonant frequency in IPT TF is slightly shifted. Is this due to the IP position during the measurement?
3. Peak at 0.07 Hz is disappeared in IPY TF while the peaks appeared at 0.4 and 0.7 Hz, instead.
4. Q values of GAS resonances seems smaller. Is this due to the gas damping?
The reference was measured before engaging low-pass filter to geophone signals to convert velocity to displacement.
So, the mismach between reference and measured data in IP stage ACCs is coming from low-pass filters.
Thanks to the new health check script, suspension damping was engaged between the measurement and the effect from residual suspension motions due to previous TF measurement seems decreased for all measurement.
I checked the TF measured in air. The results were consistent with the last measurement in vacuum. The Q of the GAS filters seems smaller than the last measurement (The script for the BF GAS was not working). The TF of the IM H3 OSEM, in which the flap was rotated more than 40°, is consistent with the reference.
