ETMY TM OpLev beams were not hit on the QPDs, when ETMY was ISOLATED state.
So, we need to manually tweek the ETMY alignment to roughly align the OpLev beams to QPDs before requesting LOCK_ACQUISITION state to ETMY guardian.
