Because tzdata package hadn't been updated for a long time (maybe ~1yr?) on k1script1, gpstime package (both command and python library) hadn't worked due to expiration of the leap_second data.
For this reason, some automated processes depending on gpstime package (e.g. Trend Monitor) also hadn't work since ~30hrs ago.
So I updated tzdata package on k1script1. Trend Monitor will come back online in next 1hr.

Whether the automated processes will automatically come back online or not depends on their implementation.
So each process must be verified by the respective developer.
