[Fujii, YamaT]
We removed hand-made circuits and installed proper circuits.
Pcal-X control is now available with new proper circuits.
-----
In the work of klog#25052, OFS and Pcal interface chassis were already replaced from unreliable ones (no circuit diagram, no S-number, partially hand-made modification, etc.) to proper ones (S2213805 and S2213809, respectively). But a Pcal conversion box hasn't been replaced yet due to the power supply problem.
Today, we replaced the Pcal conversion box as a proper one (S2213816). And also, as a pin-assignment changer and as an external power supply for the BO card, we newly installed Binary I/O converter chassis (S1910324) at U35 of the EX0 rack. Accordingly, an lemo (!?) cable for the power supply and a hand-made 37-pin to 9-pin conversion cable were removed, which were no longer required.
Finally, we confirmed that Pcal local control can be engaged with new proper circuits. Figure 1 shows ASD of main Pcal signals in the low power mode before (black curve) and after (red curve) this work. No major change is found (peaks around 20Hz and 40Hz were known as moving peaks in time). So replacement work seemed to be completed without troubles.
