A2L decoupled

- We tried to decouple the A2L by using drive align matrix. We injected the excitation into the ETMX test pitch at 12 Hz, and tried to reduce the coupling. We put the gain of -2 to DRIVEALIGN_P2L gain, and the peak height was reduced by an order. However, the strange oscillation at 28Hz happen which looks like the gain peaking. We checked the DARM OLG but the overall gain haven't change. This oscillation has gone when we reduced the DHARD loop gain by an order. We are not sure what's happening, so we need more investigation.
- We made one try to move on DC readout, but we cannot lock the OMC. OMC is not well aligned, so we need align it first tomorrow.
- We sometime see the ETMY MN oplev glitch. Ushiba-san changed the temperature of the oplev laser source, but still we had glitch. so we need to seek the better temperaure to avoid it.

I didn't hear the tyep of glitch at ETMY MN TILT oplev, please check the SUM value first, and if you noticed some bump in the time series of SUM, it would be chance to change the temperature around oplev light source.

I can find the example, actually, sudden SUM change of MN TILT oplev may cause the glitch.
The rate is about once per several hours.
I will search the better temperature in future.
