We found that one of the anchor bolts for the AS optical table at +X side of the OMC chamber was left stuck.
The bolt was coated with floor painting (see attached photo), which means people who painted the floor didn't remove this before painting. Terrible

We tried to remove the bolt but failed. So I guess we will leave it as it is and install the AS optical table.
