Based on Ushiba-san's request, I added the feature to set the threshold on coherence and to interpolate the transfer function whose value is greater than the threshold.

  • I tested the code partially. If you find the bug, please let me know the situation.

• Here we used the coherence between DARM DISPLACEMENT channel and EXC channel which is recorded in xml file..
• Note that the treatment of edge region is not perfect.
  • For example, when we set the threshold at 0.5 and the coherence (f>250 Hz) is the blow the threshold, the data (f>250 Hz) will not be used in the noise budget. In the Ushiba-san’s request, extrapolate the transfer function of  250 Hz < f < 300 Hz) linearly by using the values of TF[-2] and TF[-1]. I will try it later.
