I modified DARM UGF from 90 Hz to 130 Hz to make IFO more stable.
Figure 1 shows the OLTF of new filters.
Calibration was updated by Yamamoto-kun to compensate filter changes.
In addition to this, I modified PRFPMI_RF_LOCKED state in LSC_LOCK guardian.
This state waits normalized TRX/TRY power become 138, and absolte values of averaged PR2 BPC error signals become less than 0.15.
Since the PR2 BPC is slower than the other ASC controls, this threshould maybe works well.
Also, I set maximum waiting time as 10 mins.
So, even if the TR powers and BPC error signals do not satisfy the requirements for long time, LSC_LOCK guardian gets out PRFPMI_RF_LOCKED state in 10 minutes.
