INCREASE_PRMI_ADS_GAIN (620)

Gain of ADS_IMMT2_PIT was changed 30(three times as much as before).

SET_ETM_WFS_OFFSET (905)

This status was set to offset with a sign-reversed average of the WFS error signal before ASCON to prevent abrupt alignment changes. We verified the effect of the WFS by manually removing this offset. However, since the effect of WFS was confirmed, we pulled out this status.

ENGAGE_IMMT1_POP_ASC (930)

In addition to the ASC of the PRFPMI, an ADS is engaged from the PD of the POP to feedback to IMMT1. This aligns the optical axis by adjusting the angle of IMMT1 on the incident side so that the transmitted light of PRFPMI is optimized. (About this filter will be posted.)
This ADS is turned off with DOWN status. Also, since this filter is used for initial alignment, the gain for PRFPMI(named PRFPMI) is turned off on DOWN status.
