Clean up the portable PEMs
Because there are some portable PEMs which are/were used for noise hunting existed in many places. So I clean up the unused portable PEMs.
Another motivation is to reduce the PEMs which connect to the portable channel, because it made confusing during O3GK.

Removed :
- K1:PEM-PORTABLE_MCE_BOOTH_IMCTRANS_BNC3_OUT_DQ
- K1:PEM-PORTABLE_PR_BOOTH_PRM_BNC4_OUT_DQ
- K1:PEM-PORTABLE_BS_BOOTH_POS_BNC3_OUT_DQ
- K1:PEM-PORTABLE_BS_BOOTH_BS_BNC3_OUT_DQ
- K1:PEM-PORTABLE_OMC_BOOTH_OMC_BNC4_OUT_DQ
- K1:PEM-PORTABLE_OMC_BOOTH_OMMT_BNC2_OUT_DQ
- K1:PEM-PORTABLE_OMC_BOOTH_OMMT_BNC3_OUT_DQ
(Most PEMs were accelerometer when we studied about the effect of TMP)

Want to change to permanent PEM :
- K1:PEM-PORTABLE_OMC_BOOTH_OMMT_BNC1_OUT_DQ (->K1:PEM-ACC_OMC_CHAMBER_OMC_LEG_Z_OUT_DQ(?))
(Placed on the OMC bellows leg, it is so important to monitor because effect is large)
- K1:PEM-PORTABLE_PR_BOOTH_REFL_BNC4_OUT_DQ (->K1:PEM-ACC_PR_TABLE_IMMT1TRANS_Z_OUT_DQ(?))
(Placed on the optical table which is called IMMT1 trans. There are IMMT1 oplev and trans QPDs to monitor the jitter of the beam from IMC)

Still monitoring as portable PEMs, but will not used by DET, Data analysis people (Only commissioning team will use, but need the discussion)
- K1:PEM-PORTABLE_MCF_BOOTH_IMCREFL_BNC4_OUT_DQ
(Now we set the TEAC710 accelerometer on the beam duct near the MCF to check the vibration around IMC area, should we move more effective point, like IFI bellows leg or beam duct between PSL room and MCF chamber and so on, we will decide with additional hammering test and will be permanent PEM before O4a)
- K1:PEM-PORTABLE_BS_BOOTH_POP_BNC3_OUT_DQ
(Now we set the TEAC706 on the beam duct between PR2 and PR3(close to the PR2 chamber). The vibration seems larger than other beam duct(I don't know the reason). If it would be better to set better place(PR2 bellows leg and so on), we will investigate it)
- K1:PEM-PORTABLE_BS_BOOTH_POP_BNC4_OUT_DQ
(Now we set the TEAC710 on the shield of POP table. Now we are analysis the data for PEM injection test to POP table. We will decide this channel would be a portable or remove the accelerometer)
- K1:PEM-PORTABLE_EYC_RACK_EY0_ADC0_DSUB{25,26,27}_OUT_DQ
(Now we set the trillium compact seismometer to monitor the vibration effect from water flow. We don't have any plan to be permanent because we want to use seismometer in many places, but if it would be better to be permanent PEM only during O4a, we should change the channel name)
