First initial alignment was finished around 6:30 this morning.
After the initial alignment, PRFPMI lock succeeded, but large glitch like signal detected.
(Fig.1. showed the spectrum of DARM and MICH)
And the contrast is not so good (IRX~120 and IRY~90)
So I decided to perform the second initial alignment.
Even after the second alignment, the contract didn't change.
It's probably a same problem as klog#23335.
A cause of glitches is an IPC error.
Figure 1 shows the DARM control signals on k1lsc, k1visetmxp, and k1calcs at the time when glitch seems to occur.
Because strange behavior (at t=0) can be seen on a downstream of RFM for k1lsc->k1visetmxp (K1:VIS-ETMX_TM_ISCINF_L_IN1_DQ)
and SHMEM for k1lsc->k1calcs (K1:CAL-DARM_CTRL_DBL_DQ) at the same time, CPU load of k1lsc is more doubtful than RFM and/or SHMEM themselves.
