[Yokozawa, Washimi, Tamaki]
We worked following hammering test without interferometer lock
We mainly hit the areas indicated by the stars in Fig.1 using shaker.
1. IFI chamber
We shaked IFI chamber feedthrough, bellows leg, and chamber leg (Fig.2,3 no fig for feedthrough).
The trans QPD spectra for each case are shown in Fig.4-6.
We expected that feedthrough might have a greater impact, but that is not the case (Fig.4).
On the other hand, when we shake bellows leg, it can be seen that the pitch motion is greatly affected (Fig.5)
The peaks are at 70, 107, 127, 217, 268 Hz, and peaks at 107 & 127 Hz can be seen in DARM sensitivity (https://dac.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp/KAGRA/DAWG/Detchar/klog/klog24396).
Shaking the chamber leg (Fig.6) and body did not produce a significant response.
2. IFI-PRM bellows
We shaked bellows between IFI chamber and PRM chamber (Fig.7).
However, no significant response was observed in trans QPD spectrum (Fig.8).
3. PRM chamber
We shaked PRM chamber feedthrough (C-2-11), frange (D-2-7) (Fig.9,10).
However, no significant response was observed in trans QPD spectrum (Fig.11,12).
We tapped other areas of concern, but there was no significant response.
