I changed the parameter of time window on Hveto to lager than 0.1.
Because the current Omicron trigger uses 0.1 for the clustering time.
In other words, Omicron summarizes glitches in 0.1 intervals, so it does not seem to make sense to use a value smaller than this in Hveto.
