Seismometer signal after starting the Y2300 pump

I checked the spectrum of the seismometers before and after the Y2300 pump work.

Before (Blue) : 2023/03/07 13:00:00 (JST) (Confirmed the spectrum is almost same in 11:00:00 and 12:00:00)
After (Red) : 2023/03/07 17:00:00 (JST) (Confirmed the spectrum is almost same in 18:00:00 and 19:00:00)

Bottom three spectrums are the EY1F temporal seismometer (X,Y,Z direction respectively)

As you can see, the bump from 6 Hz to 50 Hz appeared.

Its peak also detected in the spectrogram.
