After preparing the RT model, I restarted the installation procedure of the data concentrator and it worked all the way through.
After that, I tried to start daqd, but it did not work.
After examining the service logs, I found that the NFS mount of the opt directory was failing.
It seems that it was not mounted during the reboot.
I then restarted the service, but another error occurred.
I talked to Erik at LIGO CDS and he advised me to update to version 5.1.0 as there is a bug in the current 5.0.5-1.
After the update, the service was successfully started.
