[Yamane, Yamamoto, Nakagaki, Oshino]

We installed new DET cluster on the Kamioka site.
This cluster can be submitted jobs by HTCondor like the Kashiwa cluster.
Also, we implemented IGWN conda environment on this cluster.
This cluster is constructed by one master server and three nodes.
Next step we test several DetChar pipelines on the cluster.
