Abstract:
I tested the ADS for PRMI with BS instead of IMMT1.
The alignment after ADS seems slightly improved.

Detail:
I tested the ADS for PRMI with IMMT2, PRM, and BS to compaire with the one with IMMT1, IMMT2, and PRM.
Fgiure 1 and 2 show the signals of several PDs and QPDs with old ADS and new ADS.
Comparing the results, POP 90I, POP DC, and AS DC signals are stable when using BS instead of IMMT1.
So, it seems better to use BS for PRMI aligment.

Figure 3 shows the good OpLev values for PRMI today.
