Alignment work after GV open between EYC and TMSY

[Miyoki, Ushiba]

Abstract:
After opening the GV between EYC and TMSY, we aligned the optics on TMSY table.
We centered the beam to PDs, QPDs, and gigE camera for IR and GR.

Detail:
After opening the GV between EYC and TMSY, we recovered the alignment of GR and IR transmission.
The beam on some optics such as steering mirror and lenses were not well centered, we aligned the mirror from the upstream so that the beam passes at the center of each components.
After finishing the realignment, we put some temporal dumpers for GR beam (since there is no free beam dump at Y end, we used iris and lens tubes instead to stop the beam, fig1 and 2).
This treatment is very temporal one, so we need to replace them to proper beam dump at some point (maybe when constructing TMSY boxes).

Figure 3 and 4 show the GR and IR transmission image after opening the GV, respectively.
Figure 5 and 6 show the FR and IR QPDs' outputs after opening the GV when GR and IR were locked, respectively.

The work was finished without large problems.
