I found that Omicron triggers are not generated during FPMI lock from 9th, Nov.
This is because automated Omicron script is using UNLOCKED segment and after I modified configuration of this segment (klog 22846), the time that FPMI is locked is no longer included in the UNLOCKED segment.
Therefore, I modified Omicron script to use LOCKED segment files.
