Ikeda-san updated k1calcs model to record strain channel to the science frame (klog 22615).
I modified hoft configuration file to read strain channel data from science frames.

I found guradian and omicron live processes were stopped.
These processes were started through condor.
During this work, I noticed that the omicron live script was using the old channel names, so I fixed that.
