We did the actuator diagonalization in the IP modifying the matrix ACTALIGN.
We actuated in L, T and Y separately, using 1000, 100 and 5000 cnt respectively in DC, and calculated the new matrix. The calculation was done with the Matlab script BS_IP_ACT_ALIGN.m that lives in /kagra/Dropbox/Subsystems/VIS/vis_commissioning/bs/IP_diag/BS_new/.
The new matrix is

We checked quickly, and it seems the diagonalization is working fine, but I'll post more information when the suspensions become available again.
