We replaced a HPCD of ETMX TM stage for unifying whitening filters on it to the other HPCDs.
HPCD was changed from JGW-S1707385 to JGW-S1605502.

Since gender of the voltage monitor (WM) port is somehow different from above two HPCDs, VM cable is not connected now.
So, we need to connect it at some point.

Note:
Since the parameters for whitening filters was changed, currently dewhitening filters cannot be canceled by DGS whitening filters at COILOUTF.
So, after measuring the zero-pole of dewhitening filters on HPCD, it is neccesary to implement new filters at COILOUTF filter banks.
